AgroSteppe

Privacy Policy

Updated 16 August 2026

Agro Steppe accepts requests and passes them to partner companies. This section explains what data we collect, why, and to whom we pass it.

1. How Agro Steppe works with your data

When you send a request, we save it and pass it to the partner companies of the relevant section. Until you choose an offer, partners see the request without your phone number: your contacts are opened only to the company you have chosen.

We confirm your phone number with a one-time code so that a request cannot be sent on someone else's behalf. We create an account only when you sign in yourself.

Agro Steppe is an information showcase. We do not provide financial, insurance or banking services, we are not an agent of a financial organisation and we are not a party to the contract between a user and a company.

The sections below set out in detail what we collect, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over your data.

2. What data will be collected at launch

At launch we plan to collect only what is needed to pass an application to the companies you choose: your name, phone number, email address, city, and the content of the application itself — the type of service, the parameters you specify and your comment.

We will also collect technical data that is generated automatically: cookie files, the pages you visited, the type of device and browser, an approximate region determined by the network address. This data is used in aggregated form and is not intended to identify a specific person.

We do not plan to collect identity document numbers, bank card details, income information or similar data through the website. If a partner company needs such data, it requests and processes it on its own side and on its own terms.

3. Why the data is needed

To pass your application to the companies you have selected, so that they can prepare an offer for you.

To show the offers received in your personal account and to keep the history of your applications.

To contact you about your application — by phone, email or messenger — in order to clarify details or answer a question.

To improve the service: to understand which sections are used, where users get lost, which offers are in demand. Aggregated statistics are used for this.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell contact databases.

4. Who the data is passed to

An application is passed only to the companies you have selected yourself. We do not send applications to companies you did not choose and we do not distribute them across the market.

Only the data the company needs in order to reply is passed: your name, contact details, city and the content of the application. Nothing beyond that.

From the moment a company receives your application, it processes your data as an independent party, under its own privacy policy. Agro Steppe is not a party to the contract between you and the company and does not control what the company does with the data after the transfer. We recommend reading the company's own policy before signing anything.

In addition, data may be handled by the technical providers that keep the service running — hosting, mail delivery, analytics — strictly to the extent required for their function and under confidentiality terms.

5. Where the data is stored

We intend to store the personal data of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan on servers located in Kazakhstan — this follows from Kazakhstani legislation on personal data.

Access to the data will be limited to the employees who need it for their work; the data will be transmitted over an encrypted connection.

Where the data is hosted: at this stage part of the service's infrastructure is located outside Kazakhstan. We are moving the storage of personal data of users from Kazakhstan to servers inside the country, as the law on personal data requires. We will update this section once the move is complete.

6. How long the data is kept and how to delete it

Application data is planned to be kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards — long enough to settle possible disputes about an application and to meet record-keeping requirements. After that it is deleted or depersonalised.

Consent to the processing of data may be withdrawn at any time. After withdrawal we stop the processing and delete the data, except for the part we are required to keep by law.

To request deletion, write to the address given in the last section. We will confirm that the request has been received and report the outcome within a reasonable time.

Withdrawing consent does not extend to the companies that already received your application earlier: they must be contacted separately, each on its own side.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know whether we process your data and to obtain a copy of it.

You have the right to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed — in your personal account or through a request to us.

You have the right to withdraw your consent, to object to the processing and to request that the data be blocked or deleted.

You have the right to receive an explanation of what happened to your data: to whom it was passed and for what purpose.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may apply to the authorised state body for the protection of personal data. We ask you to write to us first: most questions are resolved faster that way.

8. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files that the site stores in your browser. Necessary cookies keep the interface working: the selected language, the session, the contents of the comparison list. Without them the site does not work correctly.

Analytics cookies help us understand how the service is used: which pages are opened, where people stop. They are used in aggregated form.

Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings. In that case some functions — for example remembering the selected language or the comparison list — may stop working.

For traffic statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics: it counts page views without cookies and does not store visitors' IP addresses or identifiers. We do not use advertising trackers; if that changes, we will list them here and ask for your consent.

9. How to contact us about data

Data operator: «Agrosteppe.kz» LLP, BIN 261140001690, address: Astana, Kazakhstan. These details will be filled in before the real launch.

Address for data requests: omny.kz@gmail.com. Please state exactly what you are asking for and the contact details you used on the site — this helps us find your application.

We reply within the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If we need additional information to identify you, we will ask for it separately.

Once again: Agro Steppe is an information showcase. We do not provide financial services, we do not carry out activity subject to licensing and we are not a party to the contract between a user and a company. Questions about a specific contract, payment or claim should be addressed to the company that concluded it with you.
